Chinese Summer Tea

Springtime allergies sometimes get the better of me. One way I manage is by continually drinking herbal teas. A few years back I was in China during the summer and fell in love with their summer tea-- chrysanthemums! (or 'mums for short)

Having found a bag of loose 'mum tea in a local Asian market, I heated up my water and started seeping those suckers.

The result? Pure light heavenly bliss.
